KORYO Cable: 15-35kV URD (Underground Residential Distribution) Cables
Application
15-35kV URD cables are ideal for use in single-phase and three-phase primary underground distribution systems operating at 35 kV phase-to-phase at 100% insulation level. Suitable for both direct burial and installation in ducts, providing versatile solutions for various underground distribution needs.
Construction
Conductors: Our cables feature compact or compressed stranded aluminum wires, manufactured in accordance with ICEA S-94-649 standards, ensuring high conductivity and durability.
Conductor Shield: The conductor shield is made of semi-conducting thermosetting material, providing excellent electrical performance and reliability.
Insulation: The insulation is made of TR-XLPE (Tree Retardant Cross-Linked Polyethylene), which offers superior resistance to electrical treeing and ensures long-lasting performance.

Concentric neutral conductor: Red, yellow, blue
Jacket: LLDPE (Linear low-density polyethylene)

Have been evaluated by UL in accordance with the Standard(s) at Medium Voltage Power Cable.
