This Privacy Policy describes how SENSHU ELECTRIC AMERICA, INC. ("we", "us" or "our”) collect, use, and share your personal information when you visit our website (the “Site”), when you make a purchase from the Site or from our store, or when we receive your personal information directly from you or third parties.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with you or your devices. The following is a list of categories of personal information which we may collect or may have been collected within the last twelve (12) months. Please note that not all examples of the category of personal information were in fact collected by us, and certain categories of personal information would only be collected if you provided such personal information directly to us. This does not mean that all examples of that category of personal information were in fact disclosed, but reflects our good faith belief to the best of our knowledge that some of that information from the applicable category may be and may have been disclosed.
When we disclose personal information for a business purpose or a commercial purpose, we enter a contract that describes the purpose and requires the recipient to both keep that personal information confidential and not use it for any purpose except performing the contract.
2. We have not sold your personal information to third parties in the past twelve (12) months.
"Sell" mean selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating orally, in writing, or by electronic or other means, a consumer's personal information by the business to a third party for valuable consideration.

You have the right to request that we disclose the following information to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months.

- Categories of third parties to which we share personal information;
- Specific personal information we collect about you; and
- Categories of personal information sold or disclosed by us and category of recipients.
(2) The right to request deletion or correction of personal information you have the right to request that we delete or correct any of your personal information that we have collected from you. Please note that such right is subject to certain exceptions under the CCPA. When we determine to maintain or not to correct your personal information after your request, we will inform you of the exception applied to your case.
(3) The right to opt-out of the sale of personal information
We have not sold your personal information in the previous twelve (12) months, but, if we decide to do so in the future, we will inform you that your personal information will be sold and that you have the right to opt-out of that sale.
You also have the right to opt-out of that share of your personal information.
(4) The right to non-discrimination for the exercise of your right We do not discriminate against you due to the exercise of any of your rights under the CCPA.
(5) The right to limit the use of your sensitive personal information, the unauthorized use or disclosure of which creates a heightened risk of harm to the consumer, and they should have meaningful options over how it is collected, used, and disclosed.

Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable request related to your personal information.
2. Your request to us must:
(a) Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative,
(b) Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with the required information if we cannot:

3. We will disclose and deliver the required information free of charge within 45 days of receiving your verifiable request. The time period to provide the required information may be extended once by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary and with prior notice.
Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable request's receipt.
4. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily usable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.

The length of time the business intends to retain each category of personal information is three (3) years, but sensitive personal information is one (1) year.
